Three UK Business Forms
When you have made your business plan and concluded that it is a good idea to
start / register your company, you have to follow specific rules.
Follow the rules and you will become a legitimate business owner in the UK.
Three business forms
Before you register you have to decide which business form you will start.
The three commonly used business forms are:
- Sole trader
- running your own business as an individual
- Partnership - partnership with two or more individuals
- Private limited company - is usually limited to the shares of the
shareholder

Any difficult task seems easier if you break it down into manageable steps.
